This occasion also represents a beautiful fulfillment of the vision of late Mr. Tawfiq Fakhouri. His passion for this development is something the Fakhouri family embodies wholeheartedly. During her opening speech, Ms. Koenig said, “I have seen 103 residences around the world, and I can tell you that this is indeed an iconic property, it has everything you could want to have in a residential component, plus more.
